Best Postures for Home Working at DSE /VDU Workstations

Having completed the 1-hour training Best Postures for Home Working at DSE Workstations you will:

• Understand why sitting is the new smoking;
• Know the elements of a good seated posture;
• Have identified any poor postural habits you may have ;
• Understand how to improve your seated postures for your wellbeing;
• Know how to set up a home workstation to promote best postures;
• Have identified the most important issues you need to address

To ensure individual training needs are addressed, when delivering to groups the number of learners will not exceed 10.
The training fee for the above 1-hour training programme (delivered to 1-10 learners) is €150 / session
To attend a Zoom training session you need a laptop / PC with camera and microphone and to download Zoom
